Asst. Prof. Dr. Hacer Fulya ÜÇEM was born in Istanbul in 1978. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002. He completed his Ph.D. at Istanbul University, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2020. He currently serves as an assistant professor at Üsküdar University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

He carries out many projects with TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB.
