Panoramic radiography is a technique that provides a single image of the upper and lower jaw with teeth and adjacent anatomical structures and pathologies. The low radiation dose is one of its biggest advantages. It is useful for the physician in the detection of jaw fractures, the position of wisdom teeth, large lesions and bone diseases, and remaining root fragments. Central Sterilization Unit
It is a special unit where the instruments used in clinics are washed, cleaned, packaged, barcoded and sterilized. The instruments kept in special solution in special instrument containers in the clinics are collected by MSU (Central Sterilization Unit), washed in special washing machines and sterilized in devices called autoclaves and made ready for reuse. All instruments used in our hospital are recorded and monitored. In our institution, which attaches great importance to patient and employee safety, sterilization processes are meticulously managed.
